Our building a positive workplace programs and workshops are custom tailored to fit the needs of your organization, sample topics include:

Many organizations struggle with a general lack of engagement. Often, this is the result of several factors: Leadership is not aligned; groups are working at cross-purposes; factions have emerged and in general, negative communication patterns have taken hold (trust break-downs; defensive communication; etc). These organizations often need a multi-dimensional overhaul.

Training Courses address communication patterns and habits and engage all organizational members in the skill development needed for change.

  • Communication Essentials- Covers the “rules” of communication, perception, listening and basic assertiveness; introduces the concept of           “organizational climate (1/2 -1 day)
